My process, roughly
Every project is different, but it usually moves through these stages.
Understand
Talk to users, read briefs carefully, and figure out what problem actually needs solving.
Sketch
Pen and paper first — quick sketches to explore many directions before going digital.
Design
Build wireframes and high-fidelity screens in Figma, keeping accessibility in mind.
Test & refine
Share prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate until the flow feels right.
